This policy explains how the mobile applications I publish handle your information. It is short for one reason: these apps do not collect any personal data at all. Nothing is uploaded, nothing is sold, and nothing is tracked.
Your data never leaves your device.
Who this policy covers
This privacy policy applies to every mobile application published by Navaghan Dabhi as an independent developer on Google Play and the Apple App Store, including all future releases and updates, unless a specific app ships its own policy that says otherwise.
In this document, “I” and “the developer” mean Navaghan Dabhi, an individual developer based in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India. “The app” means any application covered by this policy. “You” means the person using it.
This policy does not cover apps I have built while employed by, or under contract to, another company — those products are governed by their own employer’s privacy policy, published on that company’s own website.
Information I collect
I do not collect, store, transmit, or process any personal data. The apps have no backend account system, no analytics pipeline, and no telemetry. There is no server of mine for your information to be sent to.
Specifically, the apps do not collect any of the following:
- Your name, email address, phone number or postal address
- Account credentials, passwords or authentication tokens
- Precise or approximate location data
- Contacts, call logs, SMS messages or calendar entries
- Photos, videos, audio or files from your device
- Advertising ID, IDFA, or any cross-app tracking identifier
- Device identifiers such as IMEI, MAC address or serial number
- Usage analytics, session recordings, heatmaps or behavioural events
- Crash reports or diagnostic telemetry sent to me
- Payment, financial or health information
Data stored on your device
Some apps save content locally so they keep working between launches — things like your preferences, settings, saved items or offline content. This data is written only to your device’s private app storage.
It is never transmitted off your device, never backed up to any server I control, and never visible to me. You can erase all of it at any time by clearing the app’s storage in your system settings, or by uninstalling the app — uninstalling removes it permanently.
Device permissions
An app may ask your permission to use a device feature — for example the camera, photo library, storage, or notifications — but only where that feature is needed for something you have chosen to do inside the app.
When a permission is granted, it is used on your device only, for that feature, at that moment. Nothing captured or accessed through a permission is uploaded, retained by me, or shared with anyone. Declining a permission only disables the feature that needs it; the rest of the app keeps working.
You can review or revoke any permission at any time in your device settings, under the app’s permissions screen.
Third-party services
The apps do not integrate any third-party analytics, advertising, attribution, or crash-reporting SDK. No third party receives data from inside the apps.
One thing worth being clear about: the app stores that distribute the apps — Google Play and the Apple App Store — collect their own data about downloads, installs and, if you have enabled it at the operating-system level, automatic crash reporting. That collection is performed by those platforms under their own policies, independently of the app, and I only ever see it as anonymous, aggregated statistics. It is governed by Google’s Privacy Policy and Apple’s Privacy Policy.
Sharing and selling
I do not share, sell, rent, trade or otherwise disclose your data to anyone — not to advertisers, not to data brokers, not to analytics providers, not to affiliates.
This is not a promise about handling data carefully. There is simply no data collected that could be shared or sold.
Children’s privacy
Because no personal information is collected from anyone, none is collected from children either. The apps do not knowingly gather data from users under the age of 13 (or the equivalent minimum age in your jurisdiction), and contain no behavioural advertising or tracking of any kind.
If you are a parent or guardian and believe an app has somehow collected information from your child, please contact me and I will investigate immediately.
Your rights
Privacy laws such as the GDPR, the CCPA and India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act give you rights to access, correct, export and delete the personal data a company holds about you.
Those rights are fully satisfied here by default: I hold no personal data about you, so there is nothing to access, correct, export or delete on my side. Any data the app created lives only on your device and is entirely under your control — clearing the app’s storage or uninstalling it removes all of it.
Security
The strongest privacy guarantee is not collecting data in the first place — data that is never transmitted cannot be intercepted, and data that is never stored on a server cannot be breached.
Where an app does communicate over the network for its core functionality, that traffic uses encrypted HTTPS connections. Data held on your device is protected by the operating system’s own app sandboxing, which prevents other apps from reading it.
Changes to this policy
If an app ever begins collecting data — for example if a future version adds optional accounts or cloud sync — this policy will be updated before that version ships, and the corresponding Google Play Data safety declaration will be updated to match.
Revisions are published on this page with a new effective date and version number at the top. Material changes will also be noted in the release notes of the affected app. Continuing to use an app after an update means you accept the revised policy.
